Some keys not working

when i play a specific game like age of empire so the keybord some key is not working like enter ket , backspace key , or num lock key etc.... please help me withi to i AM Play the game correctly,.... please
i am manny types to attempt this problem. but not working...

I have faced similar problem, my problem got resolved in Windows 10 by changing keyboard layout to UK instead of US (Default)

If it re-occurs consult your manufacturer company to replace your Keyboard if it's within the warranty period.
