Kiosk machine Restoring display

Hello,
I changed my Kiosk machine display to 60 hz in advance setting under screen resolution which made my screen display smaller and now I am not able to restore it back becas only background screen is shown, no icons, menus nothing is displayed. Just i need to shut down by blindly clicking alt+f4. Please help to restore my display
