Dell desktop won’t boot

Hello, dell desktop won’t boot. Get a dos message that says Primary disk drive 0 failure ? Don’t know how I will get an answer since computer is down. No email set up on iPad I am using to send this

This indicates your hard disk has failed or is disconnected. The cheapest way to fix this is to buy a preformatted hard disk from Dell. It comes with Windows pre-loaded on the disk.
