Samsung Z2 Trouble Closed

Hello, 

My Samsung Z2 is creating trouble. It shows message initializing. What can I do? The number *2767*3855# is not helping me.
System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

When does this error message appear? While accessing any specific feature, message inbox or at some other point? Please give a bit more detail.

i cannot  see my message  when i press   my message  box  is message initialising and it started   2nd January is frustrating  i need help
