Has Cheome changed or do you jump to conclusions?

I tried to follow your instructions for backing up Chrome bookmarks, and came to an impasse!
I followed step by step, until a strep didn't exist. The selection required, wasn't there.
Possibly the versions are different, but versions weren't mentioned.

If you refer to this article, the Organize menu has been replaced by three vertical dots at the top right on new Chrome's versions.
