How can I transmit 2 internet services wirelessly 1/3 mile away into one fast internet service connection?

Are both ISP connections already terminated at the prem? Are they both the same type?

Yes I have two extra DSL connections at our smaller hotel about a third mile away and across the street. I found a Ubiquiti wireless bridge that I could beam it across with. Can I shoot both signals across over the Wi-Fi on the one air bridge or should I join them before connecting to the bridge? What's the cheapest device to do channel bonding?

Bond them first. I have not looked into cost of such a device, but anywhere from 150-300 seems fair.
