Bios fail

Hi, my problem is when i put my internal hard in laptop my bios and boot menu page not shown but when i disconnect the hard bios page shown.
This problem occur when i doal boot windows and linux.
What i do with my hard? please help me.

Please explain the steps you went through to build the disk.
