my kid was playing his ps4 and his brother unplugged it and it wont do anything . so i got it into safe mode and downloaded the new software and put it on a usb stick but the playstation cant find it what can i do

Just have it rebuild from safemode. There is a recovery disk already within the console. You do not need other software!
