Do you see the fault on asking such a question? It is security software, intended to secure your files. So when you want hem secure, you dont want it to be easy to get to them. Now that you no longer want them secure, you wish that it was easy to get into them. Contact the software maker and see if they supprort you, as we dont assist with this type of issue.
