Computer not turing on

My computer was almost fine yesterday. But today when i am trying to turn it on,the cpu is on but there is no display on the monitor and mouse is off too. Background keyboard lights are on but the capslock/numslock keys are not working. And even the fans are not working no beeping sound is there which used to be earlier. Please help me guys.
