Hello, my name is Joseph Daniel Krueger and I for got my password to Google and gamil I was in prison for about a yr now so I forgot can you run me though this step by step thank you

After nine months of inactivity Gmail accounts are deleted from the server.

Good luck.

If you registered a recovery email, use the forgot password, and put in your recovery email. Of you cannot gain access to that email, or you did not register a recovery email, go ahead and start all over with a new account, because there is nothing anyone can do about recovery.
