Completely different explanation than Samsung manual. However, the following statement in the first paragraph of this page, "However, other devices must access the WiFi hotspots using the Spectrum Mobile app." is slightly confusing to this newbie - what "other devices" could be more detailed.
Your link to the Spectrum Hotspot site has now led me to a site unbeknownst prior.
