Hi,
Contact your carrier to retrieve that security code if it is associated with the SIM card. In case they ask you to give your IMEI number, you can find it on your phone's battery or by dialing
If the SIM card is locked after entering several incorrect PIN codes, you can unlock it by entering the PUK code. You can find it by logging into your carrier's website, or by contacting them.
