Hi !! i now have the same problem and i used to have the same phone the iphone seven plus and now i have the 11 but my snapchat still does the same exact problem and idk what to do because when i search it up nothing helps and i was wondering if your ever figured out how to fix it if you did can u pls respond back thank you !!
