Blutooth Failure

Hi,, I have a Hp pavillion dv 2000 entertaintment laptop and i have a problem in my bluetooth service of my laptop...actually the minute when i try to start search for a file transfer to my mobile it say "No local Service was found"and i tried reinstalling the software but still i am unable recover from that problem...so kindly and pls let me wat is the problem in my bluetooth service of my laptop and how can i recover my problems

Hello,

You will need to pair your mobile to your pc to be able to send and receive files, check your bluetooth properties if you have pairing!
