Hello,

I have uploaded a picture as a story but the instagram crops it although the dimensions are 1080x1920.
I observed that it does that on other mobiles only, on mine it appears normal.

Last time I posted it was ok for all the mobiles I checked. It's kind of confusing. Maybe a bug or something?

Hello, I don't think there isn't really anything that you can do. There are so many different screen sizes for Instagram to fit.

Thank you for your response. However it really doesn't make any sense to me. I have uploaded the same picture in the past with no problems and now it crops it ONLY on other mobiles. I have tried to upload it with a couple of mobiles which shows fine on it, but not online.

I don't believe screen size mattes at all since any app size should be adjusted accordingly on each mobile.
