Only four stars because I had to type in the letters d e (of the word default) in the "Find a Setting" box to get to "default apps"; which is not part of your instructions. :
(INSTRUCTIONS READ : "Click on Start and go to Settings > System > Default apps. Click on the Photo Viewer dropdown menu and select the app you'd like to use:")
Nevertheless, you got me close enough to make it. Good Job!
