Hello,
I need a little help on making this work.

=IF(AND(B1>D1)=C1*-1,IF(AND(D1>B1)=C1*1))

I need c1 to be a percentage of B1 and D1 of the difference between the two.

Really unable to under stand what you want ?????? be more specific what you actually want and tell me in details what result you want ....... i though you want below result ..... Try this formula in C1

=IF(B1>D1,-1,1)
