Did not recieve PRE PAID FOR CONTENT DUE TO FREE FIRE SERVER ISSUES

Could not get on to any server yesterday and by the time i did my content for my free passs had expired except for one air drop.
I have several screen shots and i tried everything i could to get connected i connected to other games ans i just kept getting the hint message and i did what it said but nothing please help im just asking to get what i paid up front for.
