Hello, when this occurs, just wait, this message should go away after a while - don't keep doing the actions that you were doing before this happened. For example if you were posting multiple comments, Facebook could consider this as spam.
Sometimes Facebook can even temporarily block your account if you move quickly between pages - eg. going from the homepage to your profile, and then back to the homepage quickly.
