Hi,
If your name on Facebook is different from the one on your ID, it may be not possible to confirm your identity to get your account back. It is required to use your real name to use Facebook.
Unfortunately, if Facebook rejects your appeals, there's not much you can do. Try creating a new Facebook account.
Note: CCM has no affiliation with Facebook and cannot unblock your account for you.
