Hello, My email will put messages into either trash or spam seemingly before my eyes. I will be reading my mail and notice that an unread mail is missing. I have to go to trash to recover it.
This has been going on for months on multiple browsers . I've chatted and called ATT multiple times and have been told it's an ongoing issue. They don't seem to be concerned enough to fix it. Also chatted with Yahoo who said it is an ATT issue. I now empty my trash and spam folders multiple times daily, and keep my in box to a minimum.
