Hi,
First of all, check you internet connection - you can try switching from mobile data to WiFi (or vice versa) to see if that helps. Make sure your iPhone and Spotify are up to date. Restart also your iPhone.
If the problem persists, try reinstalling Spotify. As the last resort, reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
