Your explanation isn't quite clear. If you no longer have access to your phone number, you may try to recover your account using alternate methods.
Since you posted on the Android forum, I assume that you're trying to recover your Google account. If so, please follow the instructions in this article. You'll also find the steps if you no longer have access to your recovery methods.
