Hello,

Iam connecting broad band, but not opening in any web site. For ex. yahoomail, gmail etc. Why?

hi,

make sure that the computer has an internet connection.

try to renew the ip address.

start > run > type cmd > enter

type ipconfig /renew and press enter

exit
