Making sheet increasing#'s&but same letters

Hello,
labels that must have same V33j on all as well as another group of numbers usually 3 or 4more that would increase or advance by 1 number as each label prints. Avery style#5167-1/2 inch has 4 colums and 20 rows each sheet totals 80 labels.
i need my vender number on all labels- as well as - a different part number on that same label . please help!
