Hello,
how can call divert on my cell phone
when any person call on my phone its become busy but actually my cell is not busy

Hi there,

Phone call divert are usually fee based services either for mobiles or landphones. Once you subscribed it still need to be enabled and requires some key combination to activate the divert.
