Okay i got the sims 3 and it runs slow but my other sims work just fine whats the problem?

Hi dude first of all u tell me ur pc configuration. Then ur OS then after i will be able 2 answer ur question.
Dont panic there will be a solution for ur game.
But mail me ur PC Configuration..
