Hello,

i had already installed the kaspersky internet security in my system. but it was old version.
So i downloaded the new version.When i start the new version it says that already kaspersky was installed so, you cannot install one more. How to install my kaspersky new version in my system and how to remove the old version.

Hello,

To remove the old version,

Go to Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs,

Select kaspersky there and click on Remove,

Do not forget to turn the antivirus off before removing it

Then you will be able to install the new one after uninstalling the old version,

You will need to Restart after uninstallation and installation
