Hello,
IT'S NOT THE CONNECTION THAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH MINE, THE 'DOWNLOAD GAME SETTINGS' WAS SHOWING AND I TRIED EVERYTHING YOU GUYS SAID BUT IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. SO I TOOK IT ROUND TO MY MATES TO TRY IT AND IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. SO IN MY OPINION IT'S TO DO WITH THE CALL OF DUTY SERVER AND NOT THE HUB.

Please check your firewall settings,

I think it's blocking the access
