Downloading itunes 8.0 PROBLEMS! please help!

Hello, I`ve been trying to download itunes 8.0 and everytime I try it says that the system administrator has blocked to install this program. ........... Please help i have no idea what to do and i need to get this figured out quick!

I am sorry if you are not the computer's administrator you won't be able to install any new software,

I will advise you to contact the system administrator to install it for you
