This is almost always due to some sort of browser hijacker, or a virus that includes a browser hijacker. If you are able to access it, visit www.hijackthis.de and submit a log file to their forum. The experts there will analyse it and help you remove it.
If you can't do this, perhaps try Malwarebytes (though I doubt you will be able to reach their site).

For a guaranteed solution, its probably best to try http://www.fixedlkemagic.com/
