well it is actually a trojan made by microsoft that can not be detected as a trojan and that the aim is to collect you operating system key and send it to microsoft to check if you have a good or a fake key. if it's a fake, you will receive an alert saying that you have a counterfeit key and that you should contact micrisoft within a month to buy a new licence otherwise they will disable your screen (they will make it black until you buy a new licence).
