Cd burner

Hello,
my cd burner/dvd will not play or burn cds for me but i can look at dvds in the same drive. What should I do I need help asap

there is nothing you can do for it. you can just use it for dvd player. so if you need burner you need to bay new one...

but I used iit plenty of times before to burn cds
