Hello,
Im Sanele, Im doing my BTech and Im writing a research proposal on remote assistance,Could anyone help me out with What are the software and Hardware requirements for a complete setup and operation of a Remote assistance service.

Remote Desktop service, for assisting users that are expiriencing hardships, could be with software application or any other problems.
