Hello,
when i download it downloads but when i go on facebook or youtube it dont work what sud i do i need to see videos

Hello Sir,

You have to download the latest flash player for your browser,

Click here to download:

https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer.html

Then you will have to enable flash player on Internet Explorer,

Click on Tools and select Manage Add-ons

And enable flash player and click on Ok

Restart Internet Explorer
