Hello,
I have a similar problem my Toshiba laptop, the mouse works fine and my buttons work, but my tap-click won't work... I can't find anything about it in my settings and i was just wondering if you guys could help me. Thanks!

please advise what you mean by tap-click also what model toshiba?

Check your mouse settings under control panel. Or it could be something custom to your labtop. As far as how to enable it.
