doddsy,
if you type msinfo32 in the run box (Start/run) hit enter
on the components in the left hand window hit the +
go down to network +
select the adaptor, it should tell you in the right hand window what your adaptor is.
using this information go back to the website
http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_lang=en&h_cc=us&cc=us&h_page=hpcom&lang=en&h_client=S-A-R163-1&h_query=Compaq+Presario+CQ60-100+Notebook+PC+series&submit.x=8&submit.y=8
and select the correct model. you need to be more specific in your model as there are several CQ60-100 models.
