Handset problam

Hello,

i m ajay i m using sigmatel s30 phone.
i m facing one problam in my phone.

1. handset icon is parmanently freez on the screen.
2. i m not active ganral mode in user profile becoz active opption not showing in the garnel mode only custumize opption is theare.
3. allways salect handset only in user profile.

please give me soulution .

Dear Sir,

The only solution is to reset the phone,

Restore everything to factory settings,

Just go to your phone settings to do this
