Got effected

hi sir! i was downlodin itunes while that time my fone got affected nd its nt working now.. there is on the screen i can only see is sign of itunes along with a disk type nd usb plug.. it cannot be touched nw it seems like it has got stucked on this sign.. now what should i do? what happend to my fone?? help me
