Hello,



i have a hp pavillion ze4500. whenever i turn it on the lights flash but the screen is black.please help me

Hello Sir,

If you have a disc inside the DVD drive remove it,

Turn off the laptop! Remove the battery for some minutes

Then plug it back and insert the charger cable,

Then power on again!

HI I AM HAVING PAVILION ZE 4500 MODEL HP LAPTOP

SEE THE THING IS I HAVE PLANED TO UPGRADE MY BIOS . I AM DOWNLOADING UPDATED BIOS SOFTWARE AND INSTALLING THE BIOS SOFTWARE AFTER WARDS LAPTOP UN ABLE TO BOOT SCREEN I MEAN IM HAVING BLACK SCREEN AND MY LAPTOP LIGHTS ARE ON AND ALSO FANS ALSO WORKING. SO WHAT CAN I DO BACK TO MY LAPS WORKS......................
