How to make a bootable USB flash

Hello,
I want to installed 20 systems that doesn't have CD Rom (inveneo's) they only have USB port. So, i want make my USB flash a bootable flash HOW is urgent

What i mean with 20 system is 20 computers (inveneo's computers)
