Computer wont do anything

Hello,
when i turn on my computer screen goes on but only a message appears and it says

U1 Bios Rel751 CL24952 Br909

dont know what to do but if i leave it on for 2 minutes or so the fan starts running
please any help or suggestions help

You are stuck in the BIOS screen. Try pressing F1 to see if it will continue to boot.

If that doesn't work you will need to take the PC to a repair shop.
