god man its so annoying when you get the problem isn't it?
well i quess there is only one way....and that is to wait and see.

what your need to do when the message says you must close firefox is hit ctrl alt delete and close firefox that way then go to your document then downloads then run flashplayer that way and it works

installs but at finish there is no video
