How to install XP on Vista

Hello,

I have HP Pavillion Entertainment PC DV6700 & I formatted it completely
Now situation is I am unable to install Any OS,,Vista, Xp,WIn2000, Win98,,Win95 as it shows me
"Setup did not find any hard drive on your system"
Following option i performed

1] Boot from WIn98,,used FDISK & created new MS-DOS Partition
2] Format complete,,,,& try to Boot from XP & used F6 key to install third party SCSI,,,&
tried to update BIOS Hard drive with USB Floppy Drive

& result is Zero,,
Its Good for nothing for me

Please any one can help me about this

Hi Sam,

When you formatted the drive (NTFS), did set it as primary and active?

Hi

Yes I set as Primary & active,,,

I formatted with win98 in FDISK,,,,

Now i found SATA driver & i used it pressing F6 during xp installation & it works,,,
but when Windows Setup file start copying,,,it shows me,,,,Insert "Intel Matrix Storage Driver" drive in A:

so please i need this driver & I downloaded most of drivers from Intel & it is not working for this Laptop

Please suggest me as I am stuck
