Hello, ok. i have a pc. using windows vista. i think its a 32-bit. and i try downloading itunes and it tells me its successfully downloaded. then when i try to open the shortcut on the desktop. it says please wait while windows configurates iTunes. Then it comes up with and toolbar saying 'problem with shortcut" saying fatal error during installation. when i try and open it from the start bar it some up with the same things. when i go to the C drive and try and open it throught program files it tells me i dont have permission to enter the folders.
Please help me to get it to work!
