Hi Melana,
In order to access wifi network you must make sure to have the proper material/ equipment.
Are you actually using a laptop or a pc ?
If you are using a laptop it should be equiped with a wifi network card.
Then you must have a wifi modem router -or an in house wifi connection.
Go to my network place click on wifi connections
see available connection
Insert network key.
You should see your network connection established.
It should work properly.
