Well have u checked with the ram,there is no dust on the slot. and could be possible there is moisture on the board and that's why you are not getting any pic on the screen.and would like ask u to check the vga slot at the back of the cpu.. if still u r experiencing the same prob,u can contact me on rohit.raj7@gmail.com

Thanks for the reply, however I managed to get it sorted out for the chap,
I had to Flash the BIOS, as soon as I did this it was sorted,
