its wont let me sign into anything with my email address??? facebook msn or even to check my emails some silly twat has probs hackd my account you knoe how to deal with this?

Pls how can i get gprs settings fr zain+mtn on my 5120c-2 xpressmusic phone,i have taken it to all d zain office in abuja and they culdnt configure it.
