Hello,
I have heard about switches that are used in creation of networks but what are they actually used for, i am far from imagining a switch controlling the connection. Could you please explain me what these switches are used for, thanks.

hi there,

Switches are actually for the creation of a totally virtual circuit

between connected devices. They are really important.

They are responsible for the communication path between existing devices
